At Illinois Lung & Critical Care Institute, we strive to provide our patients with the highest level of health care in a caring and compassionate environment. Whether you are struggling with pulmonary disease or a sleep disorder, our physicians and staff are here to answer your questions, alleviate your concerns, and treat you with the latest medical technologies and methods available.

Phone Hours

You may speak with a member of our staff Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling (309) 672-5682. Calls received after 4:30 p.m. will be answered by the OSF Call Center.

All phone calls will be triaged to an appropriate staff member. Patients may call to schedule appointments, review their billing statements, request records, or make prescription refill requests. Requests for prescription refills may take up to 24 hours.

If you are in distress and need to be seen immediately, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us as soon as you know that you will not be able to make an appointment. 

We maintain a three strikes policy. If you do not show or call to cancel for three scheduled appointments, you will not be able to schedule any further appointments with us.

New Patients

Thank you for choosing Illinois Lung & Critical Care Institute as your pulmonary, critical care, and sleep specialist. Your initial appointment may take up to an hour and a half, depending on your health status and if you require immediate testing.

What to Bring
Please bring the completed forms, any X-rays or requested information, a copy of your insurance ID card, and a complete list of all medications you are currently taking and the frequency they are taken. If your appointment is sleep-related, please bring someone with you who has observed your recent sleep patterns.

Insurance
As a service to our patients, we will submit all primary and secondary claims to your insurance company. We do accept Medicare Assignment.

Referrals

At Illinois Lung & Critical Care Institute, we welcome patients from referring physicians across the state of Illinois. In addition to our Peoria office, outpatients may be seen in a variety of clinic locations throughout central Illinois.
