At Illinois Lung & Critical Care Institute, we welcome referrals from physicians across Illinois. To start the referral process, please use one of the methods outlined below.

A member of our staff is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to help answer any questions referring providers might have and to walk them through our referral process.

A member of our staff will be in contact with your office within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the referral and complete the process.
